Yumi Stamet, MSc in Organisational Psychology and Management, is our Purpose at Work expert in workforce development, constantly keeping an eye on trends and developments in human-centred ways of working. She has been a workforce advisor for National Disability Services in the ACT and Victoria and for many not-for-profit sectors in the Netherlands. Since 2014, Yumi has introduced innovative workforce solutions, key insights and valuable resources to organisations across Australia. She is also a certified Semco Style expert.
