Caroline Alcorso
Caroline Alcorso, PhD Economics, MA Social Science, Certificate IV Carbon Management, is our Purpose at Work expert in workforce strategy, development and planning.
She has a substantial background in research, policy and advocacy and has published widely on workplace relations and employment. Caroline was the lead author for the first national disability workforce strategy. For National Disability Services, Caroline has developed workforce policy and programs across the disability sector and managed national projects to build the sector's workforce capacity and capability for the NDIS. She focuses on improving organisational success by making jobs more engaging.
Caroline recently led the development of a National Disaster Mental Health and Welbeing Framework for Australia.
