We conduct practical policy research and analysis on work-related topics. This include skills, the labour market, the employee experience, work conditions and the impact of consumer-driven care.
The Purpose at Work team combines academic rigour, and an international perspective with real-world experience to produce reports and papers that are informative and useful.
We also undertake user-oriented evaluations to inform the issues you are concerned with. We are passionate about participatory and co-designed research which we believe is valuable in catalysing change.
