Yumi Stamet, MSc in Organisational Psychology and Management, is our Purpose at Work expert in workforce development, constantly keeping an eye on trends and developments in the social care sector workforce. She has been a workforce advisor for National Disability Services in the ACT and Victoria and for many not-for-profit sectors in the Netherlands. Since 2014, Yumi has introduced innovative workforce solutions, key insights and valuable resources to the Australian social care sector.
