Caroline Alcorso, MA Social Science, PhD Economics, Certificate IV Carbon Management, is our Purpose at Work expert in workforce strategy, development and planning.
She has a substantial background in research, policy and advocacy and has published widely on workplace relations and employment. Caroline was the lead author for the first national workforce strategy. For National Disability Services, Caroline has developed workforce policy and programs across the disability sector and managed national projects to build the sector's workforce capacity and capability for the NDIS. She focuses on improving organisational success by making jobs more engaging.
Caroline combines her consulting and workforce research at Purpose at Work with policy work at the National Mental Health Commission.
